The Frontalis has its trigger point just above the eyebrow. Place your thumb over the trigger point, keeping your other fingers over the side of your forehead. Apply pressure to the area by leaning your elbow against a wall. It’s always better to lean against a wall and use it for pressure than to apply it with your hands alone. In fact, the former method can strain the deltoid and other muscles in the arm. Hold for about 30 seconds and relax.
